Members rented 97 percent of available movie titles in January 2003, proving the efficiency with which the company recommends films.

Members enjoy free shipping both ways, with more than 50 percent of members reached by generally next-day service. Net-Flicks operates 18 shipping centers - key to providing overnight delivery - and plans to open more throughout the country in 2003. By the end of 2007, 90 percent of the members will get generally next-day service.
